Awsome person, very knowledgeable, good at what he does, and was not afraid to offer a hand in whatever details the house needed before it went up for sale. Jeff is a very professional and knowledgeable person. We rented a house from his company and he helped us get things fixed when they were broken in a timely manner. When he found out we were thinking of buying our first house he offered to help. We sat down for 2.5 hours just to talk about the process. He said he would make this as fun and painless as he could and boy did he ever. He was very caring and listed to what we were looking for even branches out just to show us what our money could buy us. We found a house within a month and Jeff carried us through the whole process of paperwork and getting estimates, the whole package. He kept a very positive attitude and checking in frequently. One of his best features also is that he is honest and upfront, he won’t lie to you best around the bush. He always sayd if your no let happy I’m not happy!
